We also work with our customers directly to develop materials that meet their specific needs and the needs of their industries. In fact, EnvisionTEC has more than 70 proprietary materials and our list of materials is changing and growing all the time as we improve formulations to better meet the needs of our valued customers. E-OrthoShape is a grey ABS-like material that prints in 100 micron layers.  It is recommended for the affordable volume production of models on which to produce clear thermoformed aligners by orthodontic professionals.

This advanced, engineering-grade material delivers large castable patterns and functional prototypes with best-in-class accuracy and surface finish. FormCast is formulated for use on EnvisionTEC's 3SP family of printers.

Now available in beta, E-Tool 2.0 is filled with Barium Borosilicate Glass, known for its heat and chemical resistance, to deliver injection molds that can withstand high heat and pressure. Combined with EnvisionTEC’s 3D printing technologies, E-Tool 2.0 delivers highly accurate tooling with an exceptionally smooth surface finish.

E-RigidForm is a polyurethane-like resin that 3D prints strong, hard and stiff parts that can be used for prototypes and end use.   Available in translucent amber, gray and black, E-RigidForm has high tensile strength (68-73 MPa) that compares with acrylic, nylon 6 and polycarbonate.  It also delivers good heat deflection and water resistance. With a hardness value of Shore D 87, the same value as a cast urethane plastic, E-RigidForm is a versatile and tough material that is ideal for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications.

A breakthrough material for the high-speed printing of a castable photopolymer with the highest wax content available in 3D printing.

A high wax content material that delivers crisp details and a smooth surface finish, along with the clean burnout that delivers foolproof casting with standard investments.

A popular production casting material, PIC 100 is ideal for printing jewelry, dental and other parts requiring exceptional detail and surface finish. In jewelry, PIC is recommended for pieces up to 5 grams finish weight, such as bridal jewelry.

A low-wax 3D printing material, EPIC delivers results similar to EnvisionTEC’s wax-free PIC material, but with 8% liquid wax for lower thermal expansion during burnout. Ideal for customers who require flexibility between large and small pieces and have expert-level quality control in casting.

A castable material with moderate levels of wax for 3D printing heavier jewelry pieces up to 20 grams finish weight.

This advanced engineering-grade material is a polyurethane-like material that produces a final material with soft Shore A values of 40 or 80 depending on your needs.  E-Shore A is a material developed for end-use applications such as footwear, sporting goods, and other uses requiring durability, comfort and flexibility. 

A wax-filled photopolymer material for the production of full anatomical crowns and bridges with extreme dimensional accuracy in X, Y and Z, as well as exceptional surface finish.

With 20% powder wax content, WIC100 Series remains a popular value material in EnvisionTEC’s portfolio of castable materials. Delivers quality detail and printing speeds, along with a standard wax burnout cycle with regular gypsum investment.

E-Rigid PU is a polyurethane-like resin that 3D prints end-use and prototype parts that compete with injection molded plastics.  Available in black, natural and white, E-Rigid PU is hard and stiff but also maintains good strength, marked by flexibility and impact resistance. With a Shore D hardness values similar to the value as a cast urethane plastic, E-Rigid PU is a versatile and tough material. It is also an excellent solution for 3D printing dental diagnostic waxups.

EnvisionTEC's E-Denture 3D+ material is an FDA-approved, biocompatible Class IIa material suitable for 3D-printing all types of denture bases.

Silicone 60A UV MG is a biocompatible, bio-inert, non-biodegradable liquid silicone rubber that is cured with a UV light and delivers a Shore A hardness of 60. A transparent material, it can also be mixed with pigments. Approved only for short-term use in the body (29 days or less), it is suitable for microfluidics, wound dressings, bio-sensor housings, and prototyping.

This very versatile material can be used for numerous demo applications: from trying out new shapes and patterns using a cheap material; through making technical parts (e.g. gaskets); to medical device casings

Medical grade Polycaprolactone (PCL) is a biodegradable thermoplastic polyester that is processed at high temperatures. It is suitable for both short-term and long-term use in the body (longer than 29 days) and ideal for applications such as bone regeneration, cartilage regeneration, drug release and hybrid scaffolds.

Polycaprolactone (PCL) is one of the most versatile thermoplastic materials for Tissue Engineering Applications. With little thermal degradation, it is an excellent material for large, time-consuming parts.

This sugar derivative can easily be processed as a melt in prolonged jobs with no measurable degradation. The material is biocompatible and cell friendly, ensuring that residue material does not negatively affect the final object’s biological properties.

LT Support RG can easily be processed as a hydrogel in short to medium long jobs. The material is biocompatible and cell friendly, ensuring that residue materials do not negatively affect the final object's biological properties.

EnvisionTEC’s E-Poxy is a partially biosourced, tough, dual-cure material that delivers strong, thin-walled final products. E-Poxy offers a good relationship between flexibility, hardness and heat resistance that is also ideal for connectors, among other objects.

EnvisionTEC’s E-CE is a stiff, heat-resistant, high-performance dual-cure material that also offers chemical resistance. It is perfect for industrial products that require thermal stability such as electronics encasements and under-the-hood parts.

E-Gum is used to create flexible gingival masks for use in combination with 3D printed dental models, simulating the flexibility of the patient's gum in order to adjust dental prostheses properly.

EnvisionTEC's E-Dent 400 MFH printing material is an FDA-approved solution for the accurate 3D printing of crowns and bridges for long-term temporary use as well as dentures.

E-IDB is a 3D printing material allowing for the production of indirect bonding trays for the precise placement and release of orthodontic brackets.

EnvisionTEC’s E-Guide Tint is a biocompatible certified Class I material, developed for the production of high precision surgical drill guides for use in implant surgery. The results produced by combining E-Guide Tint with EnvisionTEC technology are superior to traditional methods of manufacturing implant placement guides.

E-Guard is a biocompatible transparent material for the production of accurate bite splints and night guards on the Perfactory® line of 3D Printers. The results produced by combining E-Guard with EnvisionTEC technology are superior to traditional methods of manufacturing bite guards and night guards. It is a clear material, allowing for maximum visibility.

EnvisionTEC’s E-Shell 200 Series 3D Printer Material is a low viscosity liquid photopolymer that produces strong, tough, water-resistant ABS like parts with high detail that are Class IIa biocompatible according to ISO 10993/Medical Product Law and are CE certified for use as hearing aid products, otoplastics, and medical devices.

The E-Shell 300 3D Printer Material series has been designed especially for applications in the hearing aid industries and is distinguished for rigidity and durability. It is CE certified and Class-IIa biocompatible according to ISO 10993 (Medical Product Law) for hearing aid shells and otoplastics.

The EnvisionTEC E-Clear series is a liquid photopolymer that produces strong, tough, water-resistant parts especially for applications in the custom hearing device market.

The EnvisionTEC E-Shell 500 series has been designed especially for applications in the Hearing Aid industries and is distinguished for soft durability.

The EnvisionTEC E-Shell 600 series has been designed especially for applications in the Hearing Aid industries and is distinguished for soft durability. The material is used on Perfactory UV machines only. EnvisionTEC E-Shell 600 is a liquid, photo-reactive acrylate for building functional parts. It is CE certified and Class-IIa biocompatible according to ISO 10993 (Medical Product Law) for soft ear shells and tips.

The E-Shell 3000 3D Printer Material series has been designed especially for applications in the hearing aid industries and is distinguished for rigidity and durability. It is CE certified and Class-IIa biocompatible according to ISO 10993 (Medical Product Law) for hearing aid shells and otoplastics.

E-Silicone offers a solution to produce silicone otoplastics by additive manufacture of cocoon molds.

High temperature molding material for non-metal masters dramatically changes 3D printing capabilities for manufacturers. With a heat deflection temperature of 140°C straight out of the machine, high definition parts printed in HTM140 can be directly vulcanized in rubber, eliminating the need for a metal master.

The latest breakthrough in extremely durable photopolymers for use in producing very accurate parts with high feature detail on EnvisionTEC’s 3D printers. With added stability and surface quality, this material produces parts with high impact resistance similar to thermoplastics.

This allows designers to put their custom design pieces into their customers’ hands in record time for final fit and design verification. It can also be used as a pattern when built in high resolution to make a silicone mold.

Exhibits superior fatigue properties, strong memory retention, and high quality up-facing and down-facing surfaces. Offering a good balance of properties between rigidity and functionality. Parts that mimic polypropylene. Ideal for master patterns in rubber molding applications.

Accurate and functional resin for producing robust and durable parts. Pro Gray 3D Printer Material is a liquid, photo-reactive acrylate with a wide processing latitude, which is used to produce parts with high quality up-facing and down-facing surfaces.

A popular line of photosensitive resins that contain ceramic particles, EnvisionTEC's RC materials build tough and stiff parts at very high resolutions. Parts made with these materials are also resistant to high temperatures and are ideal for silicone molding, pump housings, blades, test parts for wind tunnels, light reflectors and various automotive applications. These materials are also perfect for high detail jewelry and animation applications and can be finished with a variety of methods including painting or plating.
