3D Printer Curing Box

Aria Curing Box*

This professional curing box features 36 LEDs that deliver light in the 390-420 nm wavelength range and a rotating turntable, for uniform curing of the resin. Post-curing as a final step results in higher strength and stability and also ensures a thorough cure, which is critical for parts destined for direct casting. Digital display control panel, with a completion buzzer.

Desktop 3D Printer Materials

The Aria is made to print with some of EnvisionTEC’s most trusted and popular premium materials.

Aria materials are sold in ½ kilogram bottles and are only for sale with the purchase of Aria.

A high heat-resistant material for building tough, stiff parts in a resolution many regard as the best in 3D printing today. Ideal for building parts to create rubber mold masters. Popular among some of the world’s leading technology, entertainment and jewelry manufacturers.

One of the most popular lost-wax casting materials sold by EnvisionTEC around the world. Produces castable parts with exceptional surface finish and detail, including thin walls and intricate details. Three times harder than carving wax. Ideal for parts up to 5 grams finish weight, such as bridal jewelry.

For quick design verification, QView material is one of the fastest printing materials offered by EnvisionTEC. Average print speed at 100 micron layer thickness is one inch per hour. QView can also be used as a pattern when built in high resolution to make a silicone mold.

The highest resolution and crispest lost wax casting material available without sacrificing speed. Melting point of 250 degrees C and zero ash during burnout. Contains wax; ideal for heavier jewelry pieces up to 20 grams finish weight.

Other 3D Printer Consumables

The new M-Type material tray from EnvisionTEC’s Micro and Vida desktop 3D printers lasts 3-4 months, costs under $200 and is disposable. The bottom is optical glass coated in a film that allows for easy separation of exposure layers, surrounded a soft but firm silicone frame.
M-Type Basement

The Aria comes with one supplied M-Type basement. The M-Type features optical glass coated in a film that is similar to a Mylar-type film and allows for easy separation of each exposure layer during the 3D printing build. The outer perimeter of the tray is a flexible silicone. The tray is easy to use and cost-efficient to replace. Please select this option to buy an extra or replacement M-Type basement.
