3D Printers for the Hearing Aid Industry

An excellent choice for small hearing-aid manufacturers or businesses producing custom hearing protection or in-ear monitors, the Vida DSP provides precise results with an excellent surface finish.

With newly enhanced speed capabilities, the DDSP Plus is the perfect choice for the small to medium sized hearing aid manufacturer looking to fulfill their production requirements. It is capable of producing 18 ear shells or 14 ear molds in each build.

The Mini DDSP Plus is the perfect choice for the small to medium sized hearing aid manufacturer whose production requires a higher resolution than the DDSP provides.

An economical choice for hearing aid manufacturers, the P3 DSP is capable of building up to 35 ear shells or 18 ear molds in 1-2 hours.

The P4 DSP is capable of producing up to 49 ear shells or 35 ear molds in 60-90 minutes and is a favorite with leading hearing aid manufacturers.

The largest option in the digital shell printer line, the P4 DSP XL is designed for large-scale, high-precision production by hearing aid manufacturers. It is capable of producing 65 ear shells or 47 ear molds in 60-90 minutes.

The UV Light Curing Box for ULTRA 3SP and Xtreme 3SP is a UV light flood lamp for the post-processing of UV sensitive curing resins for industrial, dental, medical, and other applications.

The ideal companion for the smaller desktop 3D printing options, the LED Post Curing Unit is a light polymerization chamber for the hardening/curing of light curing resins for jewelry, dental and otoplastic applications.

EnvisionTEC’s E-Silicone offers a solution to produce soft silicone otoplastics by the additive manufacture of cocoon molds. The custom fit E-Silicone molds may be injected with medical grade silicone materials.
