Boasting the highest resolution available in the Vida Series, the HD C&B model is ideal for the production of extremely precise dental crowns, bridges, and copings in both a castable and pressable material or in an FDA-approved material for long-term temporaries.

The largest of the Micro Plus family, the Micro Plus XL offers a build area of up to 754,900 cubic mm (46.6 cubic in.) with a resolution of 82 µm (0.003 in.). Coupled with fast build speeds and excellent surface finish, this makes the Micro Plus XL a perfect option for use in anything from an educational setting to a product designer's desktop.

The Vector HD 3SP is ideal for those who need large parts up to 30,316 cubic cm (1850 cubic in.) with a resolution of 50.8 µm (0.002 in.). High detail parts with smooth surface finishes make the Vector HD 3SP an ideal option for a wide variety of applications.

For those in need of a large build area and a higher resolution of 50 µm (0.002 in.), the Xtreme 3SP HD is the ideal solution. From prototypes to production parts, the Xtreme 3SP HD provides excellent surface finish and detail.

The Otoflash is a light polymerization chamber for the hardening/curing of light curing resins for jewelry, dental, and otoplastic applications. Two photoflash lamps at the bottom of the curing chamber operate in a work mode with a frequency of 10 flashes per second. The photo-flash lamps produce a very intensive light radiation in a spectrum from 300 up to 700 nm. Because of this intensive light radiation, a better hardening of the materials is possible, resulting in materials with good physical values and reduced content of residual monomer versus using other lamp types with a different light emitting spectrum.

The Micro Plus HD can produce small, premium components requiring a high level of precision, making it perfect for designers, shops and small jewelry businesses. It is able to build 5-6 average-sized rings in a single build with excellent detail and surface finish.

The Vida HD cDLM is a high-speed continuous 3D printer for the jewelry, dental and general manufacturing markets. This printer is the second offering EnvisionTEC's patented Continuous Digital Light Manufacturing technology and offers high resolution combined with blazing speeds. In addition, the technology also reduces the need for support structures during 3D builds, meaning less finishing is necessary.

The 3-Dent was designed specifically for the production of high-quality crown and bridge models with removable dies. The high precision and excellent surface finish make this 3D printer a favorite among larger dental labs with high production needs. Up to 9 full arches or 34 quads can be produced in each build.

The DDDP Plus prints a wide variety of dental applications, including quadrants and dies, drill guides, partials and full arches. This desktop model is an economical choice for small labs in need of versatility.

The PixCera Plus is highly suited for the fast production of copings, crowns, and bridges. With high resolution and excellent speed, it is capable of printing up to 20 copings and crowns or up to seven bridges in each build.

The P3 DDP is an economical choice for small dental laboratories and can produce up to 70 copings and crowns in under three hours.

An excellent dental laboratory staple, the P4 DDP can print up to 95 copings and crowns in less than two hours. It is also capable of printing long-term temporaries, partials, and full arch or quad models.

With a medium-sized build envelope among the P4 DDP series, the P4 DDP M adds to the production capacity of dental applications for laboratories. The P4 DDP M is able to print up to 2876 cubic cm (175.5 cubic in.) in a single build.

The P4 DDP XL offers the largest build area in the P4 DDP series, allowing for dental builds up to 4146 cubic cm (253 cubic in.) at a time. Large laboratories will appreciate the flexibility to produce surgical drill guides, dental and orthodontic models, partial frameworks and night guards all on the same versatile machine, with minimal time and effort required to change over between materials and applications.

EnvisionTEC's E-Denture material is an FDA-approved, biocompatible Class IIa material suitable for 3D-printing all types of denture bases.

EnvisionTEC’s E-Dent 100 is a light-cured micro-hybrid filled dental crown and bridge dental material for long term temporaries built on the Perfactory High Productivity DDP machine. Provisionals are photo polymerized on a voxel-by-voxel basis (volumetric pixel) of the liquid resin.

E-Guard is a biocompatible transparent material for the production of accurate bite splints and night guards on the Perfactory® line of 3D Printers. The results produced by combining E-Guard with EnvisionTEC technology are superior to traditional methods of manufacturing bite guards and night guards. EnvisionTEC’s E-Denstone 3SP Material was developed for model manufacturing. The peach color provides an attractive choice for modeling that is similar in look and feel to common die stones used in dental labs.

E-Partial material was developed for creating wax-like partial dentures for direct investment casting in semi precious metals. E-Partial material maintains flexural strength to ensure clasp flex without breakage. The stiffness of E-Partial allows for production of a very hard retention grid and super tight thin clasps to deliver a metal partial with the perfect fit every time.
