Breakthrough Material Development

In 2017, EnvisionTEC is launching E-Model, a breakthrough material for the automotive, aerospace and general manufacturing market. Its low viscosity means that the material is highly flexible and can handle thin-walled projects up the biggest, bulky parts. 3D Printers for the Manufacturing Industry

The Micro Plus Advantage is a cost-effective 3D printer that is ideal for jewelers and other designers specializing in small, precise components. It is capable of building 10-12 average-sized rings in a single build.

The UV Light Curing Box for ULTRA 3SP and Xtreme 3SP is a UV light flood lamp for the post-processing of UV sensitive curing resins for industrial, dental, medical, and other applications.

The first and only industrial thermoplastic reinforced woven composite printer on the market today, the SLCOM 1 has a build envelope of up to 762 x 610 x 610 mm (30 x 24 x 24 in.) and is ideal for aerospace, automotive, and many other applications.

The Vector Hi-Res 3SP is ideal for those who need large parts up to 30,316 cubic cm (1850 cubic in.) with a resolution of 50 µm (0.002 in.). High detail parts with smooth surface finishes make the Vector Hi-Res 3SP an ideal option for a wide variety of applications.

The Micro Plus Hi-Res can produce small, premium components requiring a high level of precision, making it perfect for designers, shops and small jewelry businesses. It is able to build 5-6 average-sized rings in a single build with excellent detail and surface finish.

The largest of the Micro Plus family, the Micro Plus XL offers a build area of up to 754,900 cubic mm (46.6 cubic in.) with a resolution of 82 µm (0.003 in.). Coupled with fast build speeds and excellent surface finish, this makes the Micro Plus XL a perfect option for use in anything from an educational setting to a product designer's desktop.

The Desktop XL Plus provides an enlarged build area of up to 36.6 cubic inches while maintaining up to 36 µm resolution and enhanced build speeds. This makes it perfect for small to medium sized companies looking for a flexible 3D printing solution.

The P3 Mini Multi Lens is a customizable production tool capable of resolutions down to an incredible 16 microns. This high precision produces the finest detail with constant high build speeds. With a choice of three lens configurations, additional lenses can also be purchased, adding to the versatility of this 3D printer.

The P4 Standard is an ideal 3D printer for consumer products and animation applications. With resolution as low as 42 µm (0.0017 in.) and a generous build size of up to 3687 cubic cm (225 cubic in.), the P4 will be at home in any office setting.

The P4 Standard XL boasts the largest build size of EnvisionTEC's DLP 3D printers at up to 5293 cubic cm (323 cubic in.) with a resolution as low as 50 µm (0.0020 in.). This 3D printer is also capable of speeds up to 25 mm (0.98 in.) in height per hour without sacrificing exceptional surface finish.

A great manufacturing option for a wide variety of consumer and automotive applications, the ULTRA 3SP provides 100 µm (0.004 in.) resolution and a build size of up to 9013 cubic cm (550 cubic in).

The ULTRA 3SP HD provides the same excellent surface finish and speed as the original ULTRA 3SP, but adds an incredible 50 µm (0.002 in.) resolution capability to your builds.

The Vector 3SP provides excellent surface finish and speed with a build size of up to 30,316 cubic cm (1850 cubic in.) to produce everything from concept models to functional parts in 100 µm (0.004 in.) resolution.

The Xtreme 3SP's large build area and high speed make it an ideal choice for service bureau or OEM applications in automotive and aerospace. It has a resolution of 100 µm (0.004 in.), excellent surface finish, and a build area of up to 29,497 cubic cm (1800 cubic in.).

EnvisionTEC's largest 3SP option, the Xede 3SP produces excellent prototype and production parts with a build area up to 95,045 cubic cm (5800 cubic in.) and a resolution of 100 µm (0.004 in.).

The Otoflash is a light polymerization chamber for the hardening/curing of light curing resins for jewelry, dental, and otoplastic applications. Two photoflash lamps at the bottom of the curing chamber operate in a work mode with a frequency of 10 flashes per second. The photo-flash lamps produce a very intensive light radiation in a spectrum from 300 up to 700 nm. Because of this intensive light radiation, a better hardening of the materials is possible, resulting in materials with good physical values and reduced content of residual monomer versus using other lamp types with a different light emitting spectrum.
