Breakthrough Material Development

In 2017, EnvisionTEC is launching E-Model, a breakthrough material for the automotive, aerospace and general manufacturing market. Its low viscosity means that the material is highly flexible and can handle thin-walled projects up the biggest, bulky parts. E-Model, which is available in five colors, is also so accurate — and stays so true through curing — that our dental customers use it for precision model work.

3D Printers for the Manufacturing Industry

The Micro Plus Advantage is a cost-effective 3D printer that is ideal for jewelers and other designers specializing in small, precise components. It is capable of building 10-12 average-sized rings in a single build.

The Vida UHD cDLM offers the highest resolution 3D printing for jewelry available in EnvisionTEC's continuous family.

The Otoflash is a light polymerization chamber for the hardening/curing of light curing resins for jewelry, dental, and otoplastic applications. Two photoflash lamps at the bottom of the curing chamber operate in a work mode with a frequency of 10 flashes per second. The photo-flash lamps produce a very intensive light radiation in a spectrum from 300 up to 700 nm. Because of this intensive light radiation, a better hardening of the materials is possible, resulting in materials with good physical values and reduced content of residual monomer versus using other lamp types with a different light emitting spectrum.

The UV Light Curing Box for ULTRA 3SP and Xtreme 3SP is a UV light flood lamp for the post-processing of UV sensitive curing resins for industrial, dental, medical, and other applications.

The Vida HD cDLM is a high-speed continuous 3D printer for the jewelry, dental and general manufacturing markets. This printer is the second offering EnvisionTEC's patented Continuous Digital Light Manufacturing technology and offers high resolution combined with blazing speeds. In addition, the technology also reduces the need for support structures during 3D builds, meaning less finishing is necessary.

The Perfactory 4 Standard LED Series uses a custom LED light system. This new LED system is more powerful and efficient than other light projector systems on the market. As such, it offers a variety of benefits, such as lower operating costs and crisper black-white contrast between pixels, which means even better final part detail.

EnvisionTEC's largest 3SP option, the Xede 3SP produces excellent prototype and production parts with a build area up to 95,045 cubic cm (5800 cubic in.) and a resolution of 100 µm (0.004 in.).

For those in need of a large build area and a higher resolution of 50 µm (0.002 in.), the Xtreme 3SP HD is the ideal solution. From prototypes to production parts, the Xtreme 3SP HD provides excellent surface finish and detail.

The Xtreme 3SP's large build area and high speed make it an ideal choice for service bureau or OEM applications in automotive and aerospace. It has a resolution of 100 µm (0.004 in.), excellent surface finish, and a build area of up to 29,497 cubic cm (1800 cubic in.).

The Vector HD 3SP is ideal for those who need large parts up to 30,316 cubic cm (1850 cubic in.) with a resolution of 50.8 µm (0.002 in.). High detail parts with smooth surface finishes make the Vector HD 3SP an ideal option for a wide variety of applications.

The Vector 3SP provides excellent surface finish and speed with a build size of up to 30,316 cubic cm (1850 cubic in.) to produce everything from concept models to functional parts in 100 µm (0.004 in.) resolution.

The ULTRA 3SP HD provides the same excellent surface finish and speed as the original ULTRA 3SP, but adds an incredible 50 µm (0.002 in.) resolution capability to your builds.

A great manufacturing option for a wide variety of consumer and automotive applications, the ULTRA 3SP provides 100 µm (0.004 in.) resolution and a build size of up to 9013 cubic cm (550 cubic in).

The largest of the Micro Plus family, the Micro Plus XL offers a build area of up to 754,900 cubic mm (46.6 cubic in.) with a resolution of 82 µm (0.003 in.). Coupled with fast build speeds and excellent surface finish, this makes the Micro Plus XL a perfect option for use in anything from an educational setting to a product designer's desktop.

The first and only industrial thermoplastic reinforced woven composite printer on the market today, the SLCOM 1 has a build envelope of up to 762 x 610 x 610 mm (30 x 24 x 24 in.) and is ideal for aerospace, automotive, and many other applications.

The Desktop XL Plus provides an enlarged build area of up to 36.6 cubic inches while maintaining up to 36 µm resolution and enhanced build speeds. This makes it perfect for small to medium sized companies looking for a flexible 3D printing solution.

EnvisionTEC RC Series are high-temperature resins for building tough and stiff parts at very high resolutions. Parts made with these materials are ideal for silicone molding, pump housings, blades, test parts for wind tunnels, light reflectors and various automotive applications. These materials are also perfect for high detail jewelry and animation applications and can be finished with a variety of methods including painting or plating.

R5 3D printing material is a liquid photopolymer that produces robust, accurate, and functional parts. Parts that mimic polypropylene. Ideal for master patterns in rubber molding applications.

Accurate and functional resin for producing robust and durable parts. Pro Gray 3D Printer Material is a liquid, photo-reactive acrylate with a wide processing latitude, which is used to produce parts with high quality up-facing and down-facing surfaces.

E-Rigid PU is a polyurethane-like resin that 3D prints end-use and prototype parts that compete with injection molded plastics. Available in black, natural and white, E-Rigid PU is hard and stiff but also maintains good strength, marked by flexibility and impact resistance. With a hardness value of Shore D 80, the same value as a cast urethane plastic, E-Rigid PU is a versatile and tough material. E-Rigid PU is ideal for end-use and prototype applications that may have previously used ABS, nylon or urethane plastics, such as casings for handheld devices, snap-fit or consumer and sporting goods.

EnvisionTEC’s E-Poxy is a partially biosourced, tough, dual-cure material that delivers strong, thin-walled final products. E-Poxy offers a good relationship between flexibility, hardness and heat resistance that is also ideal for connectors, among other objects.

EnvisionTEC’s E-CE is a stiff, heat-resistant, high-performance dual-cure material that also offers chemical resistance. It is perfect for industrial products that require thermal stability such as electronics encasements and under-the-hood parts.

E-Model is a tough material, suitable for high quality prototypes of items in categories such as automotive and consumer goods as well as stable enough for production-quality end use parts. It is also the ideal material for dental and orthodontic models.

This advanced engineering-grade material is a polyurethane-like material that produces a final material with soft Shore A values of 40 or 80 depending on your needs.  E-Shore A is a material developed for end-use applications such as footwear, sporting goods, and other uses requiring durability, comfort and flexibility. 

High temperature resistance and excellent surface finish. A ceramic filled photopolymer that produces highly detailed parts with crisp features. Photosilver´s high temperature resistance allows for the production of vulcanized rubber molds without breaking or melting the master pattern.

A popular production casting material, PIC 100 is ideal for printing jewelry, dental and other parts requiring exceptional detail and surface finish. In jewelry, PIC is recommended for pieces up to 5 grams finish weight, such as bridal jewelry.

The latest breakthrough in extremely durable photopolymers for use in producing very accurate parts with high feature detail on EnvisionTEC’s 3D printers. With added stability and surface quality, this material produces parts with high impact resistance similar to thermoplastics.

ABS Hi-Impact 3SP is a tough material, suitable for high quality prototypes of items in categories such as automotive and consumer goods as well as stable enough for production-quality end use parts.

EnvisionTEC’s E-Glass 2.0 material is a transparent material for use on EnvisionTEC's 3D Printers. Featuring excellent surface finish quality and feature resolution, E-Glass 2.0 is an ideal 3D printing solution for simulating clear plastics.

EnvisionTEC‘s ABS Tough is an extremely tough ABS-like 3D printing material. ABS Tough is an ideal solution for a wide variety of applications including snap-fit items and assembly applications which require some elasticity.

A castable material with moderate levels of wax for 3D printing heavier jewelry pieces up to 20 grams finish weight.

A high wax content material that delivers crisp details and a smooth surface finish, along with the clean burnout that delivers foolproof casting with standard investments.

The EnvisionTEC E-Clear series is a liquid photopolymer that produces strong, tough, water-resistant parts especially for applications in the custom hearing device market.

High temperature molding material for non-metal masters dramatically changes 3D printing capabilities for manufacturers. With a heat deflection temperature of 140°C straight out of the machine, high definition parts printed in HTM140 can be directly vulcanized in rubber, eliminating the need for a metal master.
