EnvisionTEC’s Perfactory 4 Standard LED Series is a low operating cost, easy maintenance, and user-friendly 3D rapid prototype manufacturing system. Using state-of-the-art Direct Light Projection technology from Texas Instruments®, the P4 Standard Series produces the finest detail in the shortest period of time, creating 3D models that range from the conceptual to the fully functional.
The Perfactory 4 Standard LED Series also uses a custom LED light system. This new LED system is more powerful and efficient than other light projector systems on the market. As such, it offers a variety of benefits, such as lower operating costs and crisper black-white contrast between pixels, which means even better final part detail.
With this product enhancement, the Perfactory 4 Standard LED, offering the highest accuracy and best resolution in the vat polymerization market, now also includes the most powerful and cost-efficient light source.
The new LED light source is also now guaranteed for up to 20,000 hours for customers under warranty.

Available in black, natural and white, E-Rigid PU is hard and stiff but also maintains good strength, marked by flexibility and impact resistance. With a Shore D hardness values similar to the value as a cast urethane plastic, E-Rigid PU is a versatile and tough material.
E-RigidForm is a polyurethane-like resin that 3D prints strong, hard and stiff parts that can be used for prototypes and end use. Available in translucent amber, gray and black, E-RigidForm has high tensile strength (68-73 MPa) that compares with acrylic, nylon 6 and polycarbonate. It also delivers good heat deflection and water resistance. With a hardness value of Shore D 87, the same value as a cast urethane plastic, E-RigidForm is a versatile and tough material that is ideal for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications.
The EnvisionTEC E-Shell 600 series has been designed especially for applications in the Hearing Aid industries and is distinguished for soft durability. The material is used on Perfactory UV machines only. EnvisionTEC E-Shell 600 is a liquid, photo-reactive acrylate for building functional parts. It is CE certified and Class-IIa biocompatible according to ISO 10993 (Medical Product Law) for soft ear shells and tips.
This advanced engineering-grade material is a polyurethane-like material that produces a final material with soft Shore A values of 40 or 80 depending on your needs. E-Shore A is a material developed for end-use applications such as footwear, sporting goods, and other uses requiring durability, comfort and flexibility.
Now available in beta, E-Tool 2.0 is filled with Barium Borosilicate Glass, known for its heat and chemical resistance, to deliver injection molds that can withstand high heat and pressure. Combined with EnvisionTEC’s 3D printing technologies, E-Tool 2.0 delivers highly accurate tooling with an exceptionally smooth surface finish.

A popular line of photosensitive resins that contain ceramic particles, EnvisionTEC's RC materials build tough and stiff parts at very high resolutions. Parts made with these materials are also resistant to high temperatures and are ideal for silicone molding, pump housings, blades, test parts for wind tunnels, light reflectors and various automotive applications. These materials are also perfect for high detail jewelry and animation applications and can be finished with a variety of methods including painting or plating.
