3D Printer for High-Quality Crowns and Bridges

The Vida HD Crown & Bridge (C&B) is a low cost, high resolution, easy to maintain and user-friendly 3D printer for the digital dental laboratory.

The Vida HD C&B boasts a high-resolution projector running at 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution with custom UV optics, specially optimized for crown and bridge materials. Once the print job is preprocessed on a computer housing the Perfactory software suite, it is transferred to the machine via Ethernet or USB and can run independently without the need for continuous connection to the preprocessing computer.

The surface quality of the printed models allows for production with no signs of stairstepping, unlike the visibility when using competing technologies. The 35 µm (0.0014 in.)resolution of the Vida HD C&B allows dental labs and practices to produce high-quality crown and bridge restoration work including inlays and onlays, crowns, bridges and veneers for the fabrication of indirect restorations using a casting or pressing method.

E-Partial material was developed for creating wax-like partial dentures for direct investment casting in semi precious metals. E-Partial material maintains flexural strength to ensure clasp flex without breakage. The stiffness of E-Partial allows for production of a very hard retention grid and super tight thin clasps to deliver a metal partial with the perfect fit every time.

Thermoplastic-filled for direct casting. The EnvisionTEC PIC100 resin has been developed for direct investment casting of products for the Jewelry market. It offers excellent burn out properties and build with the highest quality and crisp detail.

A 3D printing photopolymer designed for producing wax copings, crowns and bridges up to 16 units. The material has a very low thermal expansion, which eliminates cracking of investment and produces a porous free material with a perfect margin fit. It can also be used for press on ceramic.

EnvisionTEC‘s RC-90 is a high temperature resistant resin for building tough and stiff parts at very high resolutions. RC-90 is a nanoparticle-filled material that is used to build hard-wearing, stiff and high temperature-resistant parts that are ideal for silicone molding.
