The EnvisionTEC PCA 100 is a post-curing apparatus for the final hardening and strengthening of photopolymer parts that were 3D printed. This unit features 36 LEDs that deliver light in the 390 – 420 nm wavelength range. The PCA 100 is ideal for applications in jewelry, dental, and the hearing aid industries. Using a post curing apparatus as a final step results in higher strength and stability and also ensures a thorough cure, which is critical for parts destined for direct casting.
The PCA 100 also features an automatic rotating turntable, allowing for optimal uniformity in curing. A digital display control panel provides simple and user-friendly operation and a buzzer alerts the user of the completion of the curing process.

The Vida HD cDLM is a high-speed continuous 3D printer for the jewelry, dental and general manufacturing markets. This printer is the second offering EnvisionTEC’s patented Continuous Digital Light Manufacturing technology and offers high resolution combined with blazing speeds. In addition, the technology also reduces the need for support structures during 3D builds, meaning less finishing is necessary.
The Micro Plus HD can produce small, premium components requiring a high level of precision, making it perfect for designers, shops and small jewelry businesses. It is able to build 5-6 average-sized rings in a single build with excellent detail and surface finish.
The Micro Plus cDLM’s patented technology allows for incredibly fast build speeds without sacrificing resolution or quality. Using a continuous motion of the build plate in the Z direction, prints can be completed in minutes rather than hours and still maintain 1 µm (0.00004 in.) accuracy in the Z direction.
Boasting the highest resolution available in the Vida Series, the HD C&B model is ideal for the production of extremely precise dental crowns, bridges, and copings in both a castable and pressable material or in an FDA-approved material for long-term temporaries.
The largest of the Micro Plus family, the Micro Plus XL offers a build area of up to 754,900 cubic mm (46.6 cubic in.) with a resolution of 82 µm (0.003 in.). Coupled with fast build speeds and excellent surface finish, this makes the Micro Plus XL a perfect option for use in anything from an educational setting to a product designer’s desktop.
